Many bookings have come through on my site, but why haven’t I received a commission payment yet?

You’ll want to check a couple of possibilities: Payments are issued once you accumulate $50 in accrued commissions. 

  1. In some instances it takes accounts more than one month to exceed the minimum payment amount. If your account does not have more than $50 in accrued commissions when our monthly calculation takes place, your accrued commissions will continue to rollover monthly until the $50 minimum is met.
  2. Your payment could be on hold due to one of the following issues – outdated/invalid TIN number on your tax information, outdated address on file, and/or invalid payee name in our records. Correct this information in the affiliate center and then email the account management team at affiliate@ian.com to inform them of the changes.
