Why haven't I received my commission?

There are 4 possible reasons for which you may have not received your commission:

1. The payee name submitted upon signup does not match the "Account Holder's Name" you have on the EFT form. You can edit the payee name under your profile, under the "Check Payable" field from the Account -> Profile menu.

2. Invalid address for the following reasons:

a) The address is invalid.

b) The EFT address must match the Affiliate Center Profile address.

3. The tax form must be updated on a yearly basis, on the anniversary of your signup date. If you are a US resident, please fill out the W-9 form, if you are a non-US resident please fill out the W8-BEN form.

4. You haven't earned the minimum commission amount of $50 in consumed bookings, required in order to receive the commission.
