What should I do when a customer requests help with a booking?

When a partner is contacting you requesting help with a reservation you should:

  1. Call customer care, or have the customer call customer care


2.   Ask the customer to send their concern and their itinerary number(s) to reply@travelnow.com

    Is reply@travelnow.com still valid ?What is the turn around time to get response from your team?

    Also if a call has to be made from India then is there any number to call up from India as calling up USA and Europe number will be little impractical?

    What is customer care number? Provide us
