In order to view and track your ticket activities and to be able to see our replies by using our end user portal, please follow these next steps:
1. Access https://support.ean.com/hc/en-us with your credentials. In case you have not used our end-user portal until now (and have been copied on emails that have been sent to firstname.lastname@example.org) just click on Sign in and from the pop up window select Get a password right near the Have you emailed us? text and you will be provided with a password.
Please note that you can always use the Sign Up button if you have never interacted with the EAN Service Desk.
2. After you sign in, in the right corner under the username click on the down-pointing arrow and then on My activities
3. After that you will be able to see all of the tickets that you have raised within our Service Desk. If you wish to see the updates regarding a specific ticket number, under My Requests just click on the desired ticket.
